The Atlantic Embraces Racism and Classism

When nearly all of Queens and much of Brooklyn (not to mention Staten Island!) lack decent transit, building more options for the handful of waterfront dwellers is nothing short of racism and classism. Fancy white people deserve transit, but not the working and middle classes of the Outer Boroughs? The Brooklyn Navy Yard somehow once employed well over an order of magnitude more people with only the subway to transport people there, somehow I think it will survive.

As a side note, the idea that LES-Wburg would be a transit priority is nothing short of insane.
