Take Away Harvard’s Nonprofit Status

Not to mention that their aggressive expansion has driven up demand for student and employee housing, which harvard dramatically under supplies, especially given its land holdings.   Housing in Allston especially is supply limited by Harvard owning but not developing a huge amount of vacant land.
